When I see you do, I’ll observe your work.
When I observe, I’ll guide and instruct
When I guide and instruct, I’ll help you grow.
When I help you grow, I’ll let you free
When I let you free, I’ll see you don’t falter
When I see you falter, I will lend my hand.
When I lend my hand, it’s to make you stand
And when you stand, I am strong.
I am strong when I am not me
But
I am strong when ‘I’, becomes ‘We’.
And
A leader I am when you are with me
A leader I am when I am ‘We’.
